It's just hours to our next event - the Shrewsury Ramble

We are pleased to announce the first Midland Branch event for almost two long years! A ramble has been organised for Sunday 15th August at Rea Brook Valley Nature Reserve, Shrewsbury.

We will meet at 10.30am for an 11.00am start from the car-park behind the Sadlers public house, Whitecroft Road, Shrewsbury, SY3 7TJ. During our walk we will be stopping for a picnic lunch (please bring your own). Sensible footwear is recommended! For a short part of the walk dogs will need to be on a lead. Please note: There are no toilet facilities on the walk but we will be allowed to use the ones in the pub on our return. The pub is dog friendly so we can sit in the garden (weather permitting) and enjoy a drink and a chat, but the pub does not serve food. As usual we will have a raffle with proceeds going to BCC Rescue and Welfare and Pat will also have beardie hair slides for sale if anyone wishes to buy some.

So, if you would like to join us please let Pat know so we can look out for you, or you can just turn up on the day. Any questions please email Pat. Her number on the day will be 07849-743040.

See here for the weather forecast for the area on the day.
