Working Tests - E Anglia & South East Branch

I would like to thank Jenny Salmon and the Committee of the E.A. and S.E. Branch of the Bearded Collie Club for inviting me to judge the working tests. There were 13 entries but 2 did not work, 4 were not ready and there were 7 passes. The weather stayed dry and there was a cheerful, friendly atmosphere inside and outside the hall. All the Beardies were bouncy, happy individuals!
Primary Test – 3 Entries 3 Passes
Pam Mitchell and Pruhki (Beabeardies Grace Kelly - Pass
Pam worked hard to keep her attention. She had a full marks for her examination and a good recall. Well done.
Beccie Newson and Dilly (Beardora Doofus’s Duo ) – Pass
Dilly achieved some good marks. Full marks for examination and recall. It was a good pass. Well done.
Anne Buswell and Kale (Chelsasa Private Eye on Scotesham )- Pass
Kale achieved full marks for examination, food refusal and tied stay. Recall was exciting! Very well done.
Junior Test - 2 Entries no passes
Intermediate Test - 3 Entries 1 not ready
Anne Buswell and Quince (Corimist Soul Legend of Scotesham) - Pass
I have judged this dog several times before so was delighted to give him this pass. He had full marks for stop on recall, the hurdle jump and stay. He just lost the odd marks in the other exercises. Well done.
Ann Trodd and Casey (Chelsasa Open Secret ) – Pass
Casey achieved full marks for stop on recall, the hurdle jump and stay. He just lost the odd mark or two in the other exercises. Well done.
Senior Test - 3 entries, 1 Beardie-cross Pass, 1 not ready
Jenny Salmon and Freddie (Potterdale Heritage SHCEX) – Pass
I was delighted to award Jenny and Freddie the Senior Working Test pass. They achieved some full marks and just lost the odd mark in the other exercises. Freddie worked very well with good understanding. Very well done.
Ann Trodd and >Cookie (Beardie cross) – Pass
Cookie worked very well with full marks or nearly full marks in all exercises. He did a very quick search square and agile jumps. Well done Ann.
