Platinum Jubilee Yearbook 2025 - Online Forms Now Live!

We’re excited to introduce online submission forms for this year’s Platinum Jubilee Yearbook 2025!

To help simplify the process of pulling everything together, you now have two options:

Complete your entries online using our new Google Forms, or
Stick with the traditional paper forms you’ve always used

You can choose whichever works best for you — we’re happy to accept both!

We’ve divided the forms into clear sections to make things easier:

Roll of Honour

for UK shows,
Other disciplines,
and Overseas members’ titles

Membership Update, now in three parts:

Members Update – update your address, email or telephone number
Health Test Register – add or update your dog’s health test information
Membership Wins – record Best in Show, Reserve BIS, Best Puppy in Show, Best Veteran in Show or Best in Match or having won a 1st prize at any of the following types of show: Champ Show, Open Show, Limit Show and Companion Show

About the Roll of Honour:

As mentioned in Bearded News, the UK Show Criteria for a Roll of Honour have been extended for members and non-members to celebrate our Platinum Jubilee. The new additional qualifications are:

A Roll of Honour can now include BOB, BIS, RBIS, and Group placings if obtained in addition to a qualifying CC.

For UK General Championship Shows :

Best Puppy in Breed does not qualify for the Roll of Honour,
but a Puppy Group place, Best Puppy in Show, or Reserve Best Puppy in Show will now qualify.
Best Veteran in Breed does not qualify for the Roll of Honour,
but a Veteran Group place, Best Veteran in Show, or Reserve Best Veteran in Show will now qualify.

For UK Bearded Collie Breed Championship Shows :

Best Puppy in Show and Best Veteran in Show will now qualify for inclusion in the Roll of Honour.

Tip: When completing pedigrees online, you’ll notice the layout is vertical rather than landscape — so it helps to have your pedigree handy for reference.

We would love as many members as possible to try out the new online forms — your feedback will help us make this process even smoother for future Yearbooks. Yearbook submissions are due at the end of November so don’t forget to get your entries in on time.

Roll of Honour – Platinum Jubilee Yearbook 2025	For dogs qualifying for the Roll of Honour through UK Championship Show results.
Membership Update Form	If there have been any changes to your details since last year, this information updates the Membership database.
Roll of Honour - Other Disciplines + Results	For Working, Agility, Obedience, and Other Awards. Includes link to a PDF form for non-ROH achievements.
Health Test Register Form 2025	For recording Hip, Elbow, CEA, and BVA results for Dogs tested this year.
Overseas Roll of Honour – Platinum Jubilee Yearbook 2025	For Overseas Members who qualify for Roll of Honour to list Country titles gained this year.
Order Form	For ordering copies of the Yearbook, paying for your Roll of Honour entries and Advertisements.

Submitting a PDF Form

In the following forms information is collected via downloadable and fillable PDFs. To keep these forms fillable, please download the PDF to your device first (don’t complete it in your browser).

Open the saved file, fill in the fields, then email the completed PDF to the Yearbook Editor.

Members’ Wins & Firsts Form 2025	For recording Members' Dogs' wins at shows throughout the year.
Other Disciplines – Results Form in PDF format	For recording results from Working, Agility, Obedience and Other Awards.
Overseas Awards Form in PDF format	For Members to record wins and awards gained outside of the UK during the year.
